UEFA names Xavi Hernandez Creus as the Best Player at EURO 2008

Yes! Xavi Hernandez Creus was named as the best player of EURO 2008 by UEFA.
Fernando Torres gave his best performance during finals and also Iker Casillas was very good but the UEFA decided to go with Xavi and not these two.
