Luiz Felipe Scolari Takes Over as Chelsea Manager

Chelsea have announed Luiz Felipe Scolari will be their new manager from next season. Scolari is currently in charge of Portugal in the Euro 2008 championships.
Scolari has a proven record, having taken Portugal to the final of Euro 2004, and winning the World Cup with Brazil in 2002.
